Full Battle Rattle Deli
Full Battle Rattle Deli is not only our catering business which serves great Brooklyn-style deli sandwiches, as well as many great meals, but also provides hands-on culinary arts training for program participants. Participants are able to take what they have learned through the culinary program, and apply those skills in a real-world setting. A percentage of profits from Full Battle Rattle Deli supports Culinary Arts Boot Camp for Veterans. Together both programs work hand in hand to create success for participants.
